Redesigning business processes and the ways that we work can be a challenge. DigEd and Integrated Services recently hosted a co-design workshop bringing stakeholders across the university together to begin collaboratively working towards developing new procedures and practices for Special Assessment at UNE.
At the start of 2021, the Learning Design Team was established as part of the Digital Education portfolio. One of the team’s core business processes was identified as a key priority for redesign.
